Want To Work on a Food Truck?
We are looking for someone outgoing & customer service oriented. Must be self motivated, trustworthy & consistent, having at least 2 years of food experience. Week day, evening & weekend availability is required.
Work environment includes temperature (hot / cold) extremes based on the weather.

Responsibilities include taking orders, interacting with customers, communicating specials & operating a POS system. Prep for service, including cutting veggies, filling sauce cups & preparing plates for customers. Practice proper safety & sanitation, cleaning the food truck & kitchen after services. Maintaining a clean prep area.
Sets up & stocks food items & other necessary supplies. Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing & other cooking methods to specified recipes & standards. Utilizes proper safety & sanitation practices, cleaning the food truck & kitchen after services. Maintains a clean prep area.
Completes weekly & monthly truck cleaning tasks. Wiping down walls, cleaning griddle, range, flattop, fryer & all equipment. Disinfects prep area surfaces and sinks. Sweep, clean floors & windows. Grease removal and hood filter cleaning, behind & under equipment, walls and ceiling.
Responsible for the preparation of ingredients and stations used in the cooking process, as well as maintaining the kitchen and ensuring it is clean and sanitized.
